What are Document Services?
Do you often find a situation you need your homestudy and/or profile sent to and can't get hold of your social worker to send it? Or you need a profile and just don't have the time to create one or get another one copied and mailed? We provide those services. You can have us create a profile from your letter and pictures or you can email or mail us your profile and we will have it digitally ready to copy onto at any time. We will put it in a nice clear front binder for a professional look and send it off! You can have your social worker mail us a complete copy of your homestudy and we will have it ready to fax or mail at any time. It is your responsibility to make sure your profiles and homestudy are updated. Delivery Services will be provided within 1 business day (24 hours, minus weekends & holidays), unless notified at time of order. Your documents will be kept in a secure, confidential file.

Initial Account Set up Fee: $20.00
Create a 6 page Profile: $60.00
Fax your homestudy: $3.00
Print & Mail your homestudy: $7.00
Print, Bind and Mail 1 Profile (up to 6 pages, addt'l. $2 per page over 6): $18.00
Print, Bind and Mail 1 Profile (up to 6 pages, addt'l. $2 per page over 6) and Homestudy: $23.00

To place an order, go to our payment page. Once your account has been activated, we will need to receive your profile and homestudy asap. Then you contact us by email or call 801-772-0409 when you need a document delivered.

If you would like us to create a website for you, it is $20 a page. You will need to send us, either by email or mail, the pictures you would like included, an idea of a theme, and your letter to Expectant Parents. We also host websites.
