Carlos, who likes to be called “C.J.”, is an energetic and active little boy! He loves to be outside and enjoys riding his bike, playing games and burning up some of his endless energy! C.J. is also an avid reader who enjoys participating in a summer  reading program every summer. He is enrolled 4^th grade special education classes to address his mild developmental delays. C.J. sometimes tests boundaries. He responds well to one-on-one attention and quality family activities. C.J. is looking forward to the permanence of a family. He would thrive in a structured, yet nurturing home that would provide him with unconditional love and acceptance. C.J. has a sibling with whom he would like to maintain contact.
